Z-14 is a multimedia installation and performance that took place in two different apartments in Brooklyn, New York. It employs video, performance, photography, and objects to address the notion of betweenness, displacement, sense of self, and memory.

There are four phases to the performace. The evening begins with a house party in Apartment 1, where guests gather to watch a performance-based video titled Land. As the atmosphere shifts, the audience is evacuated along with the art objects, marking the beginning of a symbolic displacement. This initiates a journey across various Brooklyn neighborhoods, eventually leading to Apartment 2. Upon arrival, the group reconvenes to watch the second performance-based video, Self, continuing the immersive exploration of movement, place, and identity.

The event starts with an invitation to a house party. Attendees ease into the gathering, engaging in conversations over food while enjoying the performance-based video titled Land (12:35). Subsequently, Ayebe steps forward, holding an object, and invites everyone to discreetly take one and gather downstairs, signaling the start of their journey.

Once Apartment 1 is emptied, Ayebe and the audience, each carrying an object, venture from Brooklyn to another apartment, extending the exhibition. Upon arrival, they collectively arrange the objects on a dining table, setting the stage for the viewing of the performance-based video Self (46:41:00).
