Land is a three-channel performance-based video that delves into the concept of betweenness. Drawing a metaphor from Turkish culture, where entering homes barefoot symbolizes being at home, the video finds its inspiration in the geographical layout of the Bosphorus in Istanbul.

In this artistic venture, Ayebe molds soil, embodying the essence of a strait, while seamlessly transitioning from East to West and then back, mirroring a dynamic interplay, betweenness of cultures from the East and West. Land captures the essence and the interconnectedness inherent in between spaces.
